How it works
Choose a Team Captain. They’re responsible for submitting all of your details online and inviting additional team members to register by email or by phone.
Team Captains can find their local Relay and enter now. Don't forget to pick a team name!
Team member?
No problem. Your Team Captain will send you a link and invite all team members to register online or by phone.
Team Captains must be over 18, but people of all ages are encouraged to participate in Relay For Life so why not join an existing team or ask someone you know to register as a Team Captain.

What happens next?
Once your team is registered you will each receive a welcome pack containing:
- a Relay For Life T-shirt
- a fundraising planner
- Candle of Hope dedication bags
Please allow 21 days for delivery.
You will also be put in touch with your local Relay Committee – the group of volunteers who organise the Relay For Life event in your area.
