The easiest and best way to start fundraising
We've teamed up with JustGiving so that you can set up your own online fundraising page.
Within a couple of minutes you’ll have a fundraising page that people all round the world can use to donate to your team. You'll save hours of time collecting cash, which means you'll be able to concentrate more on other fundraising events to support your Relay.
Setting up your page
Before you set up your page, please make sure that you know what your team name is, and that you have registered for your Relay event.
Then, go to www.donatetomyrelay.org and follow the simple instructions.
Top tips
- Personalise your page.
When you set up your fundraising page, you can personalise it with your own words and images. Let people know why you are raising money for Relay For Life, and what it means to you. - Make a list of people who will sponsor you.
Make a list of everybody you think would like to sponsor you. Don't leave anybody out! - Ask close friends and family to sponsor you first.
Email all your close contacts – family and good friends – the link to your Justgiving page before anyone else. This is so that they can "set the trend" for donation size, as friends and family are likely to be the most generous!

Don't forget to Gift Aid it!
When you are telling friends about your fundraising page, please ask UK taxpayers to tick the Gift Aid box when they donate. By doing this, their donation will increase by at least 25% at no extra cost to them.
